Federal District Judge, Esther Salas has appeared several times on the Tucker Carlson Tonight Show to speak about the dangers that today confront federal judges. Nearly two years ago, her son was killed by a gunman attempting to assassinate her. So she speaks with authority when she pleads for action by the Congress to enact protection for judges. Against her passionate plea for protection for federal judges, including the justices of the Supreme Court is the willful refusal of Merritt Garland, Attorney General of the United States, to enforce existing law that flatly prohibits protesting outside the homes of judges. National television has filmed the protests and threats against the Supreme Court justices so there is no question of fact as to whether the violations have occurred, Garland has simply refused to enforce the law. The threats against the justices will continue until the Department of Justice takes action. But it will not while Garland is AG. He is lawless and should be removed from office.
